This was a really fun piece I did for Portland Monthly mag. It was a tribute to the year the Blazers brought the NBA championship home. Fun looking at the historical footage. There’s also a cool documentary about the team.
Here was a really fun series I did for Men’s Health magazine. It’s a feature about ways to avoid the end of the world ruining your day. Always fun working with Men’s Health. Tips to help you during your backyard BBQ with meteorite plummeting toward earth, walking your dog through a riot, or enjoying a drink on the beach while a shark and bee attack is happening.
Here was a fun illustration for Portland Monthly magazine about a man who discovered a new and exciting natural land formation that’s stunning. They’ve named it Valhalla.
HERE is where you can find out more about the people that discovered Valhalla and the crews exploring this new wilderness in Oregon.
HERE is the Portland Monthly article about this adventure.
Happy Birthday America!! This was for Baltimore magazine about the epic cake fail of ’76.
This was for Newsweek magazine’s “Two Numbers” column where they either compare two numbers or just talk about two different numbers. In this one it was all about the exciting, way too long awaited, opening of the National Museum of African American History and Culture. The first number is 101, the years since black Civil War veterans first called for a national space to celebrate African Americans. The other number 34,000 is the amount of items you’ll be able to see in the museum. Not sure about you but I really would love to visit this museum. Thanks again for the good people at Newsweek. Always great to work with.
