This was an interesting assignment. I enjoyed the challenge but definitely didn’t enjoy the subject matter. I was almost sick to my stomach when reading about this dark time in East St. Louis. It’s another eye opening moment in history that reminds us to just love one another and treat EVERYONE with love and the respect we’d want for ourselves.
